A Culture of Vibrancy
The Paradiso Festival is yet another great music event that involves on-site camping. The event is two days long, but you can camp before the music even starts. It’s a great way to connect with other ticket-holders. To fit in with the festival’s culture, be sure to bring colorful clothing. Costumes and whimsical outfits are also among the common sights. Such vibrancy is the result of the popularity of the PLUR movement within the EDM community. PLUR stands for Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect.
Aside from seeing your favorite EDM artists like DeadMau5, Marshmello, Rezz, and Graves, Paradiso offers a grand and fun atmosphere. Throughout the venue are carnival rides and games. There are also numerous vendors selling accessories, clothing, food, drinks, and other miscellaneous items. Be sure to explore as you travel between the three laser-filled stages.
How to Buy Tickets to Paradiso
Located at such a premier venue, the price of tickets to the Paradiso Festival is in a higher bracket. The prestige of the event is comparable to that of Coachella’s or Lollapalooza’s, although it’s shorter and smaller. There are general admission, Celestial VIP, The Paradiso Experience, and Cabana tiered passes. The Paradiso Experience is the best of the ticket options with amazing perks like a VIP viewing area, complimentary parking, and access to private bar areas. The Cabana pass offers a similar experience where you get to watch your favorite artists from the comfort of a private cabana. The right time to get tickets is in mid-January when they first go on sale. The event is popular, and it also has limited ticket quantities. More Details
Camping is a prominent piece of Paradiso. Camping is not included in the ticket price, but passes can be purchased at the same time. Just as with the event’s tickets, there are multiple camping tiers to choose from. Standard camping is the most affordable, and they permit one car and one four-to-six person tent. A camper limit of six people per site is strictly enforced. There are few amenities on these sites, but you can shower for a small fee. Premier camping accommodates all types of camping (tent, RV, etc.) and features private restrooms, free showers, and a shuttle service to the Amphitheatre. More unique and expensive camping options include Terrance Camping (more private and quiet), Oasis Camping (in canvas tents in the venue), Easy Camping (everything you need to camp provided for you), and Glamping (all the premier services plus 24-hour security and dedicated concierge service).
Remember: you can enter your campsite prior to the official start of the festival.
Venue accommodations include hydration stations and Porta Potties, medical tents, and a wandering group of people who look for those needing help, called the “Conscious Crew.” Make sure to bring cash or card in order to purchase food and drink from vendors. In and out privileges are extremely limited, unless you have a higher tiered pass. ATMs are available throughout the venue for your convenience. It is recommended you bring one factory-sealed water bottle (or empty clear bottle), a one-gallon bag of snacks, and a non-professional camera.
