The University of Kentucky is mostly known for its accomplishments on the hardwood. But the Wildcats have had their share of great moments on the football field as well. There was the 2011 game against Tennessee. The Wildcats had lost 26 straight to the Vols before a dominating defensive performance and a heroic showing from receiver Matt Roark (who was forced to play quarterback due to injuries) ended the streak with a 10-7 victory in Lexington. Another streak ended with Mark Stoops took the Wildcats up to Gainesville and ended a 31 game losing streak to the Gators with a 27-16 victory in 2018. And there was number 1 LSU in 2007.
